Meeting tasting of wines from native vines of Friuli Venezia Giulia and Slovenia. The appointment will take place at the Savoia Excelsior Palace in Trieste, in Riva del Mandracchio 4, on Sunday 12 February 2023, open to the public from 2.30pm to 8pm. At the event we will be presented with the wines: - Vitovska 2018 - Malvazija 2018 -Teran 2019 - M.Theresa rosé 2021 There will be 37 winegrowing realities reviewed in the Slow Wine 2023 guide, many producers of the regional Slow Food Presidia (Resia garlic, Ancient apples from Alto Friuli, Cavasso and Val Cosa onions, Çuç di mont, San Quirino bean, turnaria dairy, Pan di Sorc, Pestàt di Fagagna) and other excellences of our territory. Furthermore, this year the kitchen of the Savoy Restaurant will offer, for a fee, two different dishes in two moments of the event. The entrance fee, which includes a free glass and cup holder, is 10 euros for Slow Food members and 15 euros for non-members: of course, it is also possible to join or renew your registration on the day of the event. Assaggio Divino supports the projects of the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity.
